Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany Mahomes made their infant daughter Golden’s first Halloween a night to remember.
“Happy Halloween🎃🕷️👻,” Brittany, 30, wrote via Instagram on Friday, October 31, sharing photos of her family’s matching costumes.
Patrick, also 30, Brittany and their three children — Sterling, 4, Bronze, 2, and Golden, 10 months — each dressed as a character from the Into the Spider-Verse animated movies.
“Aunt May and her Spidey crew,” Brittany later wrote via her Instagram Stories, revealing that her yellow blouse and jeans were an homage to Peter Parker’s aunt.
Patrick, for his part, wore a full-masked costume of Spider-Verse lead Miles Morales, letting son Bronze tackle Peter Parker’s version. Daughters Sterling and Golden, meanwhile, each wore Spider-Woman ensembles.
Brittany and the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback have been together since high school, eventually getting married in 2022. They recently welcomed their third baby together, Golden Raye, in January just weeks before the 2025 Super Bowl. (Patrick and the Chiefs, however, lost the NFL championship to the Philadelphia Eagles in February.)
“It’s a growing family, but [I] hope we are done growing for a little while,” Patrick joked of Golden’s birth during a January press conference. “It’s cool that I’m able to play in these big games, and the Kansas City community has brought me in to be a part of their family.”
He continued, “It’s been a special run, just with everybody here in Kansas City from the organization to the community, from the team and from my family. I just try to cherish that. I still remember moments from the World Series my dad, [Pat Mahomes Sr.], played when I was 5 years old. So, these are moments I’ll have with my family for the rest of my life.”
Brittany often brings her three kids to Patrick’s NFL games, where they all twin in Chiefs gear.
“He doesn’t get nervous or stressed at all. That’s just what he likes to do,” Brittany said during a 2024 appearance on the “WHOOP” podcast, detailing her experience attending Patrick’s games. “I think he loves going into a new week having new game plans, having new challenges, having new people that he’s playing. I think I’m a little bit more nervous every week than he is.”

She added, “I understand that, during football season, Patrick’s with football and so I take on a lot of the things that I can just to make his life a little bit stressful outside of football. I try and take care of as many things as I can and take things off of his plate, so that he can work on football and perfect that.”
Patrick, for his part, is especially grateful about Brittany’s willingness to tackle more duties at home during the football season.
“I think people don’t even realize how much she does,” he said on the “Impaulsive” podcast in May 2024. “I mean, taking care of the day-to-day stuff and make it where I can focus on football and focus on my craft and everything like that. [She’s] a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife, [which] makes it a lot easier. I mean, when you get to come home and your best friend’s there and you can just hang out, it makes you want to be there all the time and she pushes me to be great and she’s done a lot of great things herself.”
