According to inside sources from Pro Football Network, Crosby is growing increasingly frustrated with the Raiders’ situation, especially after a disappointing start to the season and instability in the locker room. A close source revealed: “Maxx loves Las Vegas, but he also wants to win. And he’s starting to think that won’t happen with the Raiders.”
In the vlog, Crosby ended with a line that sent the entire NFL community into a frenzy:

Although he didn’t mention any team by name, with continuous implications and public admiration for the Cowboys, experts believe Maxx Crosby may be “paving the way” to leave the Raiders and join Dallas – where the defense needs a new leader, and perhaps where he is heading.
