kk.URGENT UPDATE: SURGERY COMPLETED – BABY IS FINE! But…

After hours of anxious waiting, the long-awaited news finally arrived: the baby is out of the operating room, and the surgery was successful.

The incision on her head is quite large, but the medical team confirmed everything went well. She is now in recovery, stable, and beginning the healing process — a massive relief after the intensity of the procedure.
However, what should have been pure celebration quickly turned into frustration and exhaustion for the family.
The original plan was for a 2-week hospital stay to ensure close monitoring and safe recovery. But due to a complete lack of communication between the two hospitals involved, that plan has suddenly collapsed.
The family now faces an unexpected reality: they must drive home this Saturday to pick up their 2-year-old child, then immediately turn around and drive back on the 10th or 11th to continue care.

“I’m really tired and frustrated with this kind of ‘chaos’,” the mother shared in an emotional update. “We were already emotionally and physically drained. Now we have to make a long round-trip drive just to hold our little one at home for a couple of days, then come right back. It’s overwhelming.”
The family will be without reliable internet or phone service for the next few days during travel. The mother promised to post another update once they’re safely on the road home Saturday.
Despite the logistical nightmare, the overriding emotion remains gratitude.
“Thank you everyone for your prayers,” she wrote. “The baby is recovering well. That’s what matters most right now.”
The community that has surrounded this family through every hospital stay, every surgery, and every uncertain night continues to rally. Messages of love, strength, and continued prayers are pouring in from around the world.

This journey is far from over. More healing, more travel, more waiting still lie ahead.
But today — the baby is fine. The surgery is done. And love — from thousands of strangers who have become family — is still carrying them forward.
Rest well, little fighter. We’re still right here praying, loving, and believing with you. ❤️🙏
